ERRA and Currents Deliver a Sold-Out Night at The Ritz Ybor

TAMPA, FL - The Ritz Ybor was packed shoulder to shoulder on March 10 as ERRA and Currents brought their co-headlining tour through Tampa. With support from Aviana and Caskets, the sold-out show drew a crowd that was ready to move and they didn’t let up all night.
Aviana kicked things off with a heavy set that immediately got the floor going. Despite it being early in the night, the pit started forming as their dark, crushing sound filled the room. Caskets followed with a more melodic approach, leaning into emotional choruses and huge vocal moments that had fans singing along while still keeping the energy steady.
When ERRA took the stage, the room clearly shifted up another level. The band’s technical precision and layered guitar work translated perfectly live, balancing melody with the kind of crushing heaviness that keeps a crowd constantly moving. With momentum from their new album “Silence Outlives The Earth”, their set felt sharp and confident, and Tampa’s crowd responded with nonstop movement at the barricade and in the pit.
Closing the night was Currents, who stepped onstage to some of the loudest cheers of the evening. The crowd screamed lyrics back at vocalist Brian Wille while waves of moshing and crowd surfers rolled across the floor. Their set felt like the kind of performance that feeds off the crowd as much as it drives it.
By the end of the night, it was clear Tampa had brought the energy the bands were hoping for. A packed room, nonstop pits, and two powerhouse co-headliners made The Ritz Ybor feel electric from start to finish. For fans of modern metalcore, it was exactly the kind of night you don’t want to miss.
